HOW IT WORKSWhere suitable, we consider seller financing or subject-to arrangements. Terms, obligations and risks need review by qualified legal and financial professionals.
In a subject-to transaction, the existing mortgage typically stays in the seller’s name. The seller remains liable, and a lender may enforce a due-on-sale clause. It is not automatically a lender-approved assumption. Independent attorney review is essential, particularly for Maryland owner-occupied or defaulted properties.
