Ironclad Estates LLC uses information shared through this website to review property and partnership inquiries, respond to you and operate the inquiry service. This notice covers information collected through this website.
Information you share
Our forms ask for your name and an email address or phone number. A seller inquiry also asks for a property address; an investor inquiry asks for target Maryland areas. You may choose to add property type, condition, timing, buying criteria and a message. We also record your permission for us to respond.
Please leave out government IDs, bank details, account numbers and sensitive financial documents. Only share information you are authorized to provide.
How an inquiry is handled
When submissions are enabled, the website stores your inquiry, submission time and delivery reference in a database. These records support follow-up, delivery troubleshooting and prevention of duplicate notifications. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Resend processes email notifications containing your inquiry for delivery to Ironclad’s designated business representatives. Their email providers also process and store the messages in their inboxes.
Render hosts this website and, when inquiries are enabled, its submission database. Hosting services process website requests and operational logs. You can read more about our providers in the Render privacy policy and Resend privacy policy.
Cloudflare R2 stores encrypted recovery copies of the inquiry database. These copies help us recover information after a storage failure. You can read the Cloudflare privacy policy for information about that provider.
Technical information and tracking
The website has no analytics, advertising cookies or session recording. It does not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. Fonts and website images are served from the website itself.
Submission controls use coded security identifiers and request counters to limit abuse. Their rate-limit records do not retain raw IP addresses. The hosting service processes connection information and may retain technical logs such as requested URLs, timestamps and response status. Inquiry content is not written to application logs.
Keeping and removing information
Inquiry records and related messages support our conversations and any resulting business activity. Website inquiry records do not automatically expire; removal requires manual review. Email providers and recipient inboxes hold separate copies, and any backups may also contain records. Some information may need to be retained for an active transaction, a dispute or a legal recordkeeping duty.
Requests about your information
Use our contact form and start your message with “Privacy request” to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. You can also ask us to stop following up on an inquiry.
Include the contact details used for your inquiry and enough context to locate it. Do not send identity documents through the form. We may need to verify that the request relates to you and consider any applicable recordkeeping requirements before acting.
